"Refund promise went nowhere"
I was told my refund issue would be looked into and sorted, but that never actually happened. I kept waiting for an update and basically got ignored. What they promised and what I experienced were two completely different things. Definitely won’t be using them again.

"Too pricey for what you get"
I tried J&L Game because I figured it might be worth paying for, but I don’t know why, it just felt overpriced once I actually used it.

The games and content were okay, but nothing really stood out to me. I kept feeling like I could probably get more for my money somewhere else, and there wasn’t much that made me want to stick around.

Maybe other people would like it more, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the cost. I don’t think I’d pay for it again.

I was about to check out, but the payment page just felt a little off to me. I can’t even pinpoint exactly what it was, maybe the layout, or the way it loaded, I don’t know—but it made me nervous enough that I stopped before entering my card details.

"Deals feel hit or miss"
I saw a promo advertised, but when I got to checkout it just didn’t apply. I reached out to support and they basically told me to try again later, which wasn’t very helpful. the deals seem hit or miss, and this one missed right when I actually needed it. Annoying, so I’m not sure I’d trust their promos next time.

"Something felt off about this site"
I don’t know, the whole site just gave me a sketchy vibe. Nothing about it really made me feel confident or comfortable using it, and based on that feeling alone, I probably wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

"Wrong order and confusing instructions"
I didn’t get the items I actually picked, which was frustrating. I had to follow up to try and sort it out, but there still hasn’t been a proper fix. I also wish the instructions or order process had been clearer, because that might have helped avoid the mix-up in the first place.

"Felt sketchy after I paid"
At first I thought it might be okay, but after I made the payment I started feeling really unsure about it. Something just didn’t seem authentic, and I don’t know if what I got was real. It left me not really trusting the whole thing.

I got frustrated with the support experience. I waited way too long just to hear back, and when I finally did, the answer wasn’t even clear. It felt like I was being ignored, and I had to keep checking in myself to see if anything was happening. When you need help quickly, that’s really annoying

"Delivery took forever, just like I worried it would"
I ordered from J&L Game the delivery was way slower than I expected. I already had a feeling it might take a while, and the whole experience pretty much confirmed that for me.

I kept checking for updates, but it felt like nothing was really happening. There wasn’t much clear info, so I was just sitting around waiting and getting more annoyed, which made me feel like my first impression was right.

By the time it finally showed up, I wasn’t even excited anymore. If you need something quickly, I personally wouldn’t order from them again.

"Website Was Frustrating to Use"
I tried using jnlgame.com it was frustrating. The whole site felt messy, pages were loading slowly, and some of the buttons weren’t clear at all. I also kept ending up in menus that just took me in circles, which got annoying fast.
It was even worse on my phone because things didn’t line up properly and I had to keep refreshing just to get anywhere. I really wasn’t expecting it to be this difficult to use, and I do think an apology or at least some acknowledgment from the site would be fair.

"Said it was in stock, then nope"
I ordered the game because the site clearly showed it was in stock. Then a few days later I get an email saying it’s actually not available and I’d have to wait. Like… why list it as in stock then? Super annoying and just wasted my tiem. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

"Confusing messages and no real answers"
I kept getting replies that didn’t really explain anything clearly. Confusing. Every time I thought I’d get an answer, it just felt like another vague message. Frustrating.
